GIS Technical Support Dispatcher - PERM

The role is responsible for providing 1st Line support to our customers who
have technical queries. This includes logging calls, acquiring key
technical information, communicating and working with third parties to
resolve calls. In addition specific the position includes the
responsibility for the creation of customer reports on support progress and
proactive curtsey calling to ensure customers satisfaction with the level
of service provided.
Skills required:
Experience in the use of GIS packages
Broad level of knowledge of GIS principles, computer technology and
enterprise solutions.
Willingness & ability to learn and understand the technologies, products &
services
Demonstrate excellent communication skills applied in a customer facing
environment
