Dear FSL users,
For my study, I want to compare two groups (patients and controls) regarding their neural activation patterns. Each subject had two runs. In a Fixed Effects Analysis (using FEAT v.5.9), I combined the two runs for each subject.
In the third-level Analyis, I chose the cope files (eg. subject_N.gfeat/cope1.feat/stats) of each subject and tried to do a two sample unpaired t-test. When doing so, I get the following error message: "Registration has not been run for all of the FEAT directories that you have selected for group analysis".
Since in the first level analysis, I did the registration as suggested on the FSL homepage in a two step process (choosing the anatomy_brain.nii.gz file of each subject as the main structural image) I don´t understand that error message. I checked the registration reports in the FEAT directories and everything was o.k. Is there an additional registration step I have to do in the fixed effects analysis?
The gfeat/copeN.feat directories do not contain any registration files.
I would greatly appreciate your help,
