Hi Anastasia,
How did you select the regions for your seed and waypoints masks in
each session? Did you draw a mask for the first session and then
apply it to the second? Were the seed masks based on functional
activation? Were there areas of edema present in the first scan that
were less in the second? Have you tried looking at the voxels within
the fiber paths to see if there are any focal areas of change in
measures of FA or MD. Most importantly, have you tried tracking other
pathways from the same seed to see if your effect is specific to the
CST?
Seems like there may be several things going on here and hopefully
some interesting effects of treatment.
