OK - I did read some of the RDA docs and saw this usage, but have to
admit I hadn't quite understood that all we were creating here was
essentially just lists for the documentation. I had some notion that
these would form part of a description of a resource - but that they
don't (for the moment) makes sense as it chimes with my understanding
that RDA does not comment on the technical structure of resource
descriptions.
One (perhaps minor) point - does this mean that we need to represent
singulars and plurals in the lists? If so, should this just be done via
altLabel?
