I find it interesting that previously the only source I could find for
the powers being 'properly' used against "Poole Parents" was an
assertion that admissions fraud was against the law [1]. But what law?
The LGA (who made that assertion) didn't say. I wonder if their latest
statement has been influenced by people asking them to clarify.
I was going to ask them myself, but didn't ever get around to it.

[1] If it's not illegal, or you aren't the enforcing authority, then
surely it cannot be proportionate to sign off RIPA-style surveillance.
