Sorry I missed your mails - I do not keep up with email while the
meeting is just starting or in progress.
Generally, even if you are not in the GridPP community you can search
EVO using the tool on the main EVO screen (fifth option group at the top
of the frame). This tool allows you to search all communities or just
within those to which you belong. If you are not sure of the name or
community you can use a wildcard search.
The password for all the meetings I setup is dteam.
Fortunately you both got into the meeting anyway....

Santanu, it is in the GridPP community. You need to join that if you
have not already. When you search there is a tick box about only
searching the communities you belong to (from memory).
