Thanks for help. My questions are about inclusive and exclusive in second level analysis. I have three contrast A,B and C.
First question is: I want to make A masked by B and C inclusively in second level analysis in spm2. I did it as follows:
1) Select spm_XX of contrast B and spmT_XX of contrast C, then use the formula: i1.*(i2>0) in ImCalc with the output image named BC_mask.img
2) In Basic models select the images of contrast A, and use explicitly masking to choose the image BC_mask.img
I want to know whether I am right. If not, how can I do it?
Second question is: I want to find the voxels of constrast A more activated than that of constrast B in second level analysis in spm2. I did it as follows:
1) Select spm_XX of constrast B, using ImCalc with formula: i1>0.001 converting to inclusive image, then using ImCalc again with formula:(i1-1).*(-1) converting to exclusive image named B_masking.img
2) In Basic models select the images of contrast A, and use explicitly masking with B_masking.img.
Am I right? If not, please let me know how to do it.
