Dear Marc,
yes, this sounds ok. I usually set up a whole processing pipeline
starting with preprocessing and ending with contrast definition for each
subject, but running just the contrast manager batch is fine, too.
If your sessions are just repeated measurements, then you can use the
"replicate/create per session" feature and re-use a per-session
contrast.
