Dear all,
after discussing off the list with Julia, it appears that the problem
comes from the WFU_PickAtlas toolbox, which contains an unpatched
version of spm_getSPM.m
To patch it, please edit file wfu_spm_getSPM5.m by inserting
cd(SPM.swd);
at line 193 (in version 2.4).
All the best,
Guillaume.
