Agreed (though the crucial thing here is not the date of canonisation but rather the apparent lack of any late antique or medieval cultus). What makes V. pertinent to this list is the view conveyed in the message that started this thread (also voiced last December by a usually very well informed contributor) that she and the medievally venerated Bibiana are one and the same.
