Hi David,
Looking at the acl on the R-GMA registry there is a rule for your site:
<host servlet="*">wwwcache\.jussieu\.fr$</host> <!-- 2005-03-10 -->
I can only assume that this was setup originally for your http proxy and you
are no longer using the proxy. The R-GMA team does not have write access for
these rules they are administered by the Tier 1 guys at RAL. If you submit a
ggus ticket it should be assigned to the UK ROC and the rule amended
accordingly.
