Hi
typically by creating an analysis across the different inputs of the
2nd level, i.e. modifying your 2nd level analysis to allow you to test
the difference question. E.g. if your current different 2nd level
analyses involve calculating a single mean group activation then the
new 2nd level analysis should be an unpaired (or maybe even paired) t-
test as illustrated in the FEAT online manual.
