It's really nice for people to offer everyone on dis-forum free copies
of a book they've written and I for one will be going into Waterstones
tomorrow to request my copy. However I don't mean to be grumpy but all
these requests for freebies are getting really annoying. Can people
please email Charmaine directly, or if her mailbox is full phone her. As
people have said before, Charmaine's email address is:

number.
It's bad enough having to delete automated responses from people who are
away from the office, and some people seem to be always away from the
office
