Getting the Message Across
Automating and Communicating Survey Results
ASC One Day Conference
Friday 3rd October 2008, Imperial College London
Announcement and Call for Papers
The next ASC one-day conference will be on the topic of delivering
survey results.
There have been new developments in this area during the past several
years and there have been changes made to existing techniques. The
Internet continues to provide opportunities for direct communication
with end users of data. Indeed, users are continuously becoming more
sophisticated in their use of technology and are demanding, rightly,
that data suppliers provide innovative and reliable solutions.
Proposal are invited for papers which address the overall aims of the
conference including:
* Real time reporting
* Bringing data to the user's desktop
* Graphical representation
* Multidimensional reporting
* Access control
* Security control
* Pitfalls and caveats
* Successful automation with complexity and flexibility
* Accessibility and electronic data delivery
Synopses from potential speakers should be sent to me before 11th July 2008.
