Not so much. SPM2 doesn't properly read NIFTI files (even hdr+img files are
basically in NIFTI format from SPM5) so you would have to convert them. You
can try my nifti2ana tool
http://brainimaging.tiddlyspot.com/#nifti2ana
but it is not extensively tested. You can also try searching the list for
other tools.
