Hi vidya:
You must had done something wrong in the "Run Dartel", the toolbox
should generate just one flow field for each subject. (not u_rc1*, and
u_rc2*)
Did you click "New Image" twice in "Run Dartel".
You should click twice, and input all rc1* in one set, and all rc2 in
another, you shouldn't put them all in the same set. Theoratically, you
should get only u_rc1*.nii which is the flow field of the whole image of
a particular subject.
