Hi Marc,
I always thought that you cannot specify the a .mat file as the input to
spm_jobman. The error message however seems to suggest that it cannot find
a cell array named "jobs". You might want to check the name of the cell
array in you Coregistration_Params_ab.mat with, e.g.
>> who -file Coregistration_Params_ab.mat
Alternatively, you can try loading the . mat file first and the specify the
jobs cell array as the input to spm_jobman, e.g.
>> load Coregistration_Params_ab.mat
>> spm_jobman('run',jobs)
(if the cell array in Coregistration_Params_ab.mat is called "jobs",
otherwise you would have exchange the name)
Cheers,
Jan
