Off the top of my head:
Dewey (1920), Special report of Arsenic & Antimony, Memoirs of the
Geological Survey
R.W Toll's article on arsenic in West Devon makes some reference (I think)
Also my booklet on ore dressing at DGC

Subject: Reverberatory calciner
Does anyone know of a mid- to late 19th century account of the operation of
a brick built REVERBERATORY CALCINER for roasting tin or other ores? This is
something different from a BRUNTON calciner.
