yes but not in the standard results display.
From the Main Menu window click display and select a base image (e.g, T1).
Then from the graphical window click Add Blobs in the lower right. Select 2
sets of blobs. You will then be shown the standard selection and questions
for different contrasts- pick the + then the - contrast.
There are various SPM compatible tools that will do this as well. I think
slover is included with the spm distribution and there is a tool called
nbil_mosaic that shows an array of slices
