You should use the con that you want for your second level analysis.
If you have tested for different things, then more than one contrast
will appear in the estimation directory.
If you don't know which one accounts for the specific contrast you want
to take to the second level analysis, then you can, as a straightforward
answear:
- open your con image with MRIcron
- go to Window --> Information
- Click the 'Optional' tab
- See the notes field. It will say SPM contrast:".....". The dots
correspond to the name of the contrast you defined.
