The British Academy and the Publishers Association have developed joint
guidelines on copyright for researchers in the humanities and social
sciences. Although aimed at people in arts and humanities and social
sciences areas in particular these guidelines will be of wider interest
to anyone needing to know more about aspects of the practical
application of copyright.
