Softlink Europe's Oliver web-based LMS is used by over 300 schools in the UK
for all ages from infant schools to secondary, and colleges. They've just
introduced an Olly OPAC for infants/juniors which can be added to Oliver for
free.
They also have a web-based LMS called Liberty for corporate, charities, HE
and special libraries.
Both are really user-friendly for librarians and library users.

Not entirely sure of the prices but hope that's helpful.

Subject: Friday (or Thursday!) challenge - is there an online L MS for under
£1500?
Dear all,
I've been asked to find a library system for £1500 excluding vat and annual
support. They need a catalogue and OPAC, - no serials, circulation,
acquisitions etc etc.
I know something could be written in Access for the catalogue but they want
it online (they will at least host it themselves!!) with search facilities.
They're happy to pay £200-300 for annual support but the initial outlay must
only be the above amount.
Any ideas anyone? They've looked at Koha and Evergreen (open source) but
they haven't got the necessary technical expertise or time to set this up.
