Although I'm not experimenting with any of the latest-version stuff,
when I was having trouble with my Windows based IdP, adding the stuff
suggested here:
https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/SHIB/CreateUsefulContainerLogs
had Tomcat producing better logs - enough to help me figure out where
I'd made errors in my config.
