Everything works fine here on our test system. You are sure you
downloaded the Cent OS 5 64 bit version and are using a 64 bit OS?
To check your OS run:
uname -m
This should return 'x86_64'
Could you try running a command line app, eg:
flirt
Does this return the same 'cannot execute binary'
I am also concerned that the 'ldd /usr/local/fsl/extras/bin/
fslwish8.4' command as this returns the list of shared libraries on
my system.
