To achieve our goal of ensuring the safety and efficacy of our clients' pharmaceutical and agrochemical products, innovative and high quality statistical analysis is central to our operations.
If making imaginative and creative contributions with worldwide visibility, introducing new methods and setting the standards for our statistical work sounds like a challenge you could rise to this could be the job for you. The successful candidate will provide consultancy for scientists across a wide variety of areas, from toxicology, pathology and early clinical, to eco tox, cell biology and analytical sciences.
As well as carrying out routine data analysis, there is also opportunity to devote yourself to specific projects. Responsibilities include designing studies, reviewing protocols, performing data handling and analysis and communicating results to the customer. Training of scientists is an active part of the brief. Full training and support will be provided by the senior members of the team.
A mathematical, statistical or other relevant scientific degree is required. Experience in statistical consultancy would be advantageous but full training will be provided. Experience using statistical software, eg SAS, would also be beneficial.
Whatever your background, the ability to work to deadlines, in a regulated commercial environment, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
