Hello all, picking your brains.
A colleague is setting up some new English as a second (third/fourth/fifth)
language collections and is keen not to fall into the trap of just doing
what we've done in the past because that's what we've always done.
She's talking to local community groups and individuals to find out what's
been useful for them. She'd also appreciate any ideas or advice from any of
you who have recently refreshed your ESOL stock. What materials worked
well, what was disappointing and what sat sulking on the bookshelves?
We'd also be grateful for any pointers to ESOL information resources on the
web and any examples of innovative promotional work.
TIA
Steven
