It's not in avg152 space, but you might have a look here:
A capture of what this ROI volume looks like is attached.
If you don't find a better option, I'd post to the AFNI message board,
because I'd be very surprised if someone like Ziad Saad had not already
affine registered this ROI volume to avg152.
