No. The issue at stake is whether a Deposited Item changes research
group (community) when its Author changes research group.

We could only come up with three broad categorisations. I have changed
the wording to "already dead in the water", "quickly shipwrecked" and
"may eventually become becalmed" to emphasize the imminence of the risk.
