Hi FSL gurus,
We'll be purchasing a new computer cluster to be shared for computational modeling and
neuroimaging analyses. The modelers are toying with the idea of adding higher-end GPU cards (e.g., http://www.nvidia.com/object/tesla_computing_solutions.html) to process their
computational models. I'm not sure if we'd be able to use those GPUs for neuroimaging analyses,
though. Are there plans to integrate GPUs in FSL processing? Have any labs outside of FMRIB
modified the FSL code to utilize GPUs? Would it even be useful to re-code portions of FSL to utilize
GPUs?
Thanks,
--Greg
