Subject: retention of elected members' interests forms
I hope the list can help.
I have already checked out the RMS Retention and Disposal Schedule for
Local Government, but there is nothing specific.
Is anyone aware of any legal requirement to retain these for a period of
time? If not I would be grateful for any opinions on this, on or off list
and I will summarise.
You can email me at [log in to unmask]
Thanks
