Hello,
I used FSL to skull strip my functional images. In order to do this, FSL
converted the 3-D functional image files into 4-D images for skull
stripping. Once skull stripping was done, FSL pulled these 4-D images
apart to convert each timepoint back to 3-D images. However, it
automatically selected the output timepoint files to be in NIFTI format. I
need to pull these images back to SPM. Is there a way that SPM will
recognize NIFTI format functionals?
Thank you,
