Clare,
You might be interested in the article by Helen Arnold in the February
edition of Occupational Health journal. The blurb says 'as the demographic
timebomb continues to tick, Helen Arnold's research reveals that
occupational health is not getting to grips with the requirements of the
ageing workforce'.
She also quotes WHO recommendation that all staff over 45 should be
offered annual health assessments!! She briefly discusses the issue of age
discrimination too.
