Masha emailed the shib libraries list about this event a couple of days ago and I've spent the last few hours listening to the presentations. They all (including the Q&A sessions) include the issue of how we go forward after 1st August in the light of the changes to Athens funding, something which we're thrashing out right now.
If you haven't checked them out yet I highly reccommend you do, particularly listening to the audio, I found much useful stuff in there.
