What I'm not sure about is what goes wrong with your registrations.
You say that it produces "artifacts", but what does that mean?
Do you mean that the fieldmap and DTI B0 image are not perfectly
aligned?
That is to be expected at this stage.
Can you upload your images to our site so that I can check what is
happening?
It is possible that this would still all be better if run through the
FEAT pre-processing
pipeline.
