Hi,
There was some stuff about this in the recent archives as I asked a
similar question a couple of weeks ago, it should have a lot more
details about a solution.
I think this command line should work for you, you need a binary mask
for your region of interest, although I believe you can state a voxel
with co-ordinates if you are interested in a simple voxel.
fslmeants -i all_FA -m my_ROI_mask -o my_ROI_output_file.txt
The archives explain how to generate a mask of part of the skeleton
if that's what you want.
