I'm having trouble setting the default file format for FSL to ANALYZE with
the result that the script I'm running stops because multiple file types
are detected. FSL is running under a VM on Windows and I have created new
fsl.sh and fsl.csh files which set the data type to ANALYZE. I have also
edited the files in $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf but still when I run the script
the files are created in NIFTI format instead of the ANALYZE format I need.
I'm new to FSL so maybe there's just something very obvious I haven't done.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.
Mike
