Please any suggestions?
It must be something that went wrong with processing. I am following the
dartmouth guide with a supplement from a friend.
Essentially my pre-processing is
start with par rec
co-reg with anatomy in a separate program
convert to NifTI in MRIcron
File prep in FSL recombine (4D, rename files)
BET
Eddy current correction
DTIfit
bvec bval bedpostx check (no errors)
bedpostx
Any other information that I can give I will, just let me know. I need
help... thanks
