Worcestershire Record Office is embarking upon an exciting period of development as plans for a new Library and History Centre for Worcester take shape. We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who positively embraces the future, with a keen eye to the County's past, to lead the Record Office over the next three years. As Records and Information Services Manager you would be part of the Heritage Services management team and take the Records Services through a period of significant change. You would manage both the archival and the records and information management arms of the Record Office, including our Council-wide responsibility for information legislation.
This post is being advertised as a fixed term appointment for three years, with a view to reshaping the service to meet the needs of the new Library and History Centre by 2011. We welcome applications from men and women of all backgrounds and ethnic groups, including those with disabilities.
