If you are sure that the orientations are identical, then maybe this could be
to do with some form of rounding errors in the matrices in the headers. To
work around the problem, try changing spm5\toolbox\FieldMap\FieldMap.m at
around line 1602 from:
elseif any(any(diff(ip_mat,1,1),1))
errordlg({'Images don''t all have same orientation & voxel size'});
drawnow;
varargout{1}=[];
to
%elseif any(any(diff(ip_mat,1,1),1))
