ALISS Visit to National Army Museum Collections

ALISS (Association of Librarians and Information professionals in the Social Sciences). are pleased to announce an opportunity to visit the printed book and archive collections of the National Army Museum. These include extensive holdings of books, journals, photographs and archives relating to British and Indian regimental histories, campaign histories, biographies of both the famous and the lesser-known heroes of the Army, Official Army Lists and other crown publications

The visit will incorporate a tour of the Templer study centre and its collections, a talk on the history and function of the collection and an opportunity to meet staff and hear about their work.
