I'd be grateful if someone could let me know whether there are any problems
in using a binary brain mask from a structural image or a diffusion image in
analyses in FDT. We didn't collect any images with b=0. We collected images
with b=100 and b=1000 s/mm^2.
I'm sorry that I have posted before about this issue. At that time, I was
running BET in the b=100 images to use as binary brain masks. However, since
then I've noticed that doing this was not optimal as was removing parts of
the brain. So, I was wondering whether I could use structural images, or the
diffusion images with b=1000. Is there any reason for not use these?
