Dear all,
some time ago I asked assistance in reporting F-values of the higher-level
analyses of 2 x 2 ANOVA and received a reply:
"yes, reporting the F(n,m) is indeed pretty common, particularly
outside imaging, though often without good reason, if you have
validly converted your F to p - the p summarises all one needs to
know about the F value and its degrees of freedom."
and was recommended to do the following:
"So if your reviewer has asked what the threshold p was then just tell
them what p-value threshold you used inside the poststats part of the
GUI. If you used cluster-based inference then you also need to tell
them what cluster-forming threshold was used (a z-stat threshold).
Note that all this information is supplied as the methods texts in
the FEAT web page report."
I am able to get degrees of freedom from dof-file in the stats-subdirectory.
However, I would like to know whether it is possible with these newer
versions of Feat to extract F-value information also for higher-level analyses?
Thank you in advance,
Virve Vuontela
