Dear FSL Users,
When I use the program "slicer" I get an error whereas "slices" works just fine...
My Call to slicer is: slicer -z 0 filename (and I have replaced 0 by a positive of negative integer)
The error I get is:
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for '-z'
** ERROR: nifti_image_open(-z): bad header info
Error: failed to open file -z
ERROR: Could not open image -z
Image Exception : #22 :: Failed to read volume -z
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException'
Abort trap
Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
