Dear Mr Smith,
after using this command, as you suggested:
fslmeants -i 11102.nii.gz -c 74 54 61
(where 11102 is an output flow2std siena file as in A_to_B_flow_to_std.nii.gz)
I get an error:
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for '11102'
** ERROR: nifti_image_open(11102): bad header info
Error: failed to open file 11102
ERROR: Could not open image 11102
Image Exception : #22 :: Failed to read volume 11102
Bus error
I would like to know what am I doing wrong, any suggestions helpful,
thanks in advance,
Shireen

Sure - you can just use the -c option in fslmeants to extract a value
from an image at a given coordinate.
Cheers.
