I would welcome any advice please . Our dept will soon be closing due to
redundancy. The records are held on a electronic system. I have been advised
by Opas to download them to a hard drive. My concern is that HR will be
responsible for them as there are no plans for an oh service. Where do we
stand regarding access to medical records and confidentiality storage
etc. Will I be required to give the password as this will be the only way to
access the files
Thanks in advance
