All OpenAthens subscribers who wish to join the UK Access Management
Federation can do so and they will then be able to access any Shibboleth
target they have an appropriate subscription for. 

There shouldn't be any problem accessing this resource.

Hi,

QMU has been attempting to set up a trial to the JISC negotiated BBC
Motion Gallery but without success. We are not Shibboleth enabled, and
won't be for some time, intending to use OpenAthens in the meantime
which of course now has its own problems. 

Unfortunately, according to the BBC, the JISC instructed them that only
access via Shibboleth would be required. Despite the information on the
JISC Collections website IP access is also not available.  

I'd be interested to hear if anyone else has had similar problems.
