Like many bibliometric papers sent to 'Libri' for peer-review, I suspect after a quick reading of the paper that this one would be rejected because it shows an inadequate understanding of the contextual issues. Moreover, most of the discussion in section 5 appears to have little or no basis in the preceding data.
