Indeed to both of those
I seem to have the wrong hat on today (practitioner rather than project
person), so bizarrely didn't think to mention either SWAP or VIF, while
thinking of examples in use already. The VIF framework is in draft and
out for review at present. Dave Puplett, VIF Project Officer, will be
in touch with the list in due course to invite feedback on the draft.
