Therefore the correct strategy B for our negotiators is to create a
Practitioner Relocation Service this is after all a global profession and a
union's function should be to facilitate movement to parts of the world
known to want them. Thus reducing the load on the UK Treasury until the
accountants are happy (a slower more crunchy version of MTAS)
The other consideration is whether work that for many is effectively
voluntary such as 'training' the next generation is something one should
stop to avoid issues of conscience in the future.
