Hi - there's no single answer to this, but a reasonable approach is
just to put your best-guess for the onset and duration of the button
presses in as a new regressor, as long as this doesn't cause a serious
loss of efficiency in the primary regressor(s) of interest (you can
check that with the efficiency estimation - see the FEAT manual for
more on that).
